Raindrop Harmony, Manitoulin Wellness

Welcome. This is a calm space for rest, balance, and gentle support on Manitoulin Island.

My name is Kate Kopylova. I’ve been working in health and wellness since 2012, and this practice has grown naturally from how I listen to the body and to people.

Sessions are currently offered in Mindemoya and Little Current, Manitoulin Island, in a quiet, unhurried way that respects how each body responds.

I believe the body doesn’t need to be pushed or fixed. It responds best when it is given time, attention, and a sense of safety. My work is slow, respectful, and shaped by what the body is ready for in the moment.

I began my path with Thai Massage, which taught me the value of presence over force. Over time, my work expanded into sound-based sessions with tuning forks, Thai Foot Release, Raindrop Technique, and Craniosacral Therapy.

What matters most to me is creating a space where people can slow down, breathe more easily, and feel more at home in their bodies.

If this way of working feels supportive, you are welcome to explore the sessions or book an appointment.

Kate is a nature lover.
