Resonant Spinal Rebalancing

Tuning forks resting on the spine as part of Resonant Spinal Rebalancing, helping the back soften and the body settle.

Resonant Spinal Rebalancing is a gentle tuning-fork session that helps the spine soften and come back into balance.

The spine is connected to the whole body through nerves, fascia, and subtle pathways that influence how we move, feel, and function. When tension is held there, it can quietly affect the rest of the system — sometimes showing up as fatigue, discomfort, or a sense of being out of alignment.

One client shared afterward: “I felt regenerated, aligned, and taller.”

The session begins by grounding the feet so the body feels safe and supported. From there, the sound moves slowly along the back, from the base of the neck down to the sacrum, the body’s deep anchor. As the vibration settles in, it invites the spine to relax and gives the body more space to reorganize itself naturally.

Nothing is forced. There is no manipulation or correction. It feels more like a gentle reset — the body finding an easier rhythm from the inside out.

Most people leave feeling calmer, clearer, and more connected to themselves. A soft unwinding often moves through the whole body, bringing a sense of space and quiet support — the kind of settling that sound therapy is known for.

If you’re drawn to work that supports emotional clarity and energetic balance, Chakra Balancing may also be a good fit. For a softer, whole-body energetic experience,

offers a deeply calming reset that many people find nurturing and restorative.

Sessions are $85, with a 15% senior discount available.

If your back — or your whole system — is asking for a calmer rhythm, you’re welcome to reach out or book a session when it feels right.
