Sound Therapy

Tuning forks are applied to specific points on the body to support regulation through vibration rather than massage. This session is often chosen when the system feels overstimulated, scattered, foggy, or emotionally heavy. Clients often use Sound Therapy when they want help settling without a lot of physical manipulation. Many notice clearer breathing, more mental space, and a quieter, more settled state after the session.

Raindrop Technique

Pure essential oils are applied along the spine and feet with slow, focused touch. This session is often chosen by people who want aroma, oils, and gentle bodywork in one treatment. During or after the session, they may notice warmth, softness, deep relaxation, or a stronger natural response.

Thai Foot Release

Thai Foot Release begins with light work to the back and neck, then continues into slow, rhythmic work on the feet and lower legs. It is often chosen by people with tired feet, heavy legs, or those who want a grounding session that still supports the whole body. Clients often choose it when they feel run down, overextended, or disconnected from themselves. The session can bring a sense of lightness, better circulation, and deep physical ease, with the feet as the main focus throughout.

Craniosacral Therapy

Craniosacral Therapy uses very light touch to work with the body’s deeper rhythms and tension patterns. People often choose it when something feels more layered or persistent, and they want support that goes beyond surface relaxation. Sessions may feel very quiet and restful, with subtle shifts that can continue unfolding over the next 24–48 hours.
