Sound Therapy

Sound Therapy uses tuning forks applied to specific points on the body to support regulation through vibration rather than massage. It is often chosen when the system feels overstimulated, scattered, foggy, or emotionally heavy, or when someone wants support without a lot of physical manipulation.

The work is gentle, quiet, and body-centred. As the body begins to settle, many people notice clearer breathing, more mental space, and a calmer, more grounded state. People often leave feeling calmer, clearer, and more settled.

Resonant Spinal Rebalancing is a gentle session that uses calming tuning fork vibrations along the spine and sacrum. Each point is encouraged to soften and release, easing tension and helping the whole body feel lighter, supported, and more naturally balanced.

Chakra Balancing with Tuning Forks, a gentle sound therapy that aligns your energy and promotes deep relaxation. This treatment helps restore harmony, leaving you feeling centered and rejuvenated.

Harmonia, a restorative sound therapy session for the whole being.  This gentle practice helps release stored stress and tension while inviting balance, clarity, and ease. A deeply calming way to restore flow and reconnect with yourself.

Feminessence, a harmonizing session for women, with soothing tuning forks and pure essential oils to balance female energy, ease tension, and calm the mind. A quiet way to feel grounded and renewed.

Face Harmony Rejuvenation. Relaxing tuning fork session on the face and neck to clear the senses, release tension, and restore balance. A gentle way to refresh the mind and promote well-being.
