This is a quiet, grounding session that helps the body slow down — starting from the feet.
When the feet relax, the rest of the body often follows. People usually leave feeling calmer, lighter, and more settled. Sometimes a little taller too.
The session starts gently with the light work to the back and neck to help the body soften. It is followed by slow, steady work on the feet and lower legs.
Nothing is rushed. No harsh products are used. The touch is firm enough to release tension, but always comfortable.
People often choose this session when they feel tired or overwhelmed, stressed or wired, disconnected from their body, or in need of something simple and grounding. It’s also a favourite first session if you’re new to bodywork — no need to know anything, just show up.
I bring over 10 years of experience as a Thai Massage Practitioner, with a strong focus on listening to the body rather than forcing change. The body usually knows what to do when it feels safe.
Thai Foot Release fits naturally alongside Sound Therapy and the Raindrop Technique, offering an easy way to settle the nervous system and reset.
