Sometimes you know you need support, but you are not sure where to start.
You may feel tense, tired, stressed, heavy, scattered, or not like yourself.
And when there are many wellness sessions to choose from, it can feel confusing.
This guide is here to make it easier.
All sessions at Raindrop Harmony Manitoulin are gentle, calm, and unhurried. Whether we use tuning forks, light bodywork, essential oils, craniosacral therapy, or footwork, the session is adapted to what you need that day.
Not sure where to begin? If you are new here and not sure what to book first, Resonant Spinal Rebalancing is often a simple place to start.
The spine is like the body’s main road. When the back, sacrum, and nervous system begin to settle, the whole body often feels more relaxed.
This session uses tuning forks along the spine and sacrum. The goal is to help tension soften, support a calmer feeling, and give your body a chance to reset in a gentle way.
Many people choose Resonant Spinal Rebalancing when they feel tense, tired, overloaded, compressed, or unsure which session to choose.
You may leave feeling lighter, calmer, more open in your breath, and more settled overall.
If you feel stressed, scattered, or emotionally overloaded, then Chakra Balancing with Tuning Forks may be a good fit. This session uses tuning forks on specific points of the body to support calm, balance, and clarity.
It can be helpful when life feels too noisy, your emotions feel all over the place, or your mind has trouble slowing down. People often choose this session when they want to feel more centred, grounded, and like themselves again.
If you hold tension in your face, jaw, head, or mind, Face Harmony Rejuvenation may be a good fit. This session focuses on the face, jaw, head, and neck using tuning forks and gentle facial care elements. Many people do not realize how much stress they hold in their faces. The jaw, forehead, eyes, and head can carry a lot.
This session may be a good choice if you have jaw tension, facial tightness, mental fatigue, or simply want a soft, calming session that feels caring and refreshing. People often describe it as calming, softening, and uplifting.
If you feel ungrounded or need help coming back into your body, Thai Foot Release may be a good fit. This session focuses on the feet and lower legs. It uses rhythmic, supportive techniques to help the body relax. The feet carry us every day. They also connect us to the ground. When the feet begin to soften, the whole body often starts to settle too.
Thai Foot Release may be a good choice if you feel mentally busy, physically tense, tired, or disconnected from your body. It is simple, grounding, and deeply relaxing.
If your body needs very gentle but deep support, Craniosacral Therapy may be a good fit. This session uses a light touch. It gives the body time and space to settle in its own way. Light contact may be made at the feet, sacrum, spine, ribs, or head. There is no force. The body is not pushed.
Craniosacral Therapy may be a good choice if your system feels overwhelmed, if you have held tension for a long time, or if you want deeper support in a very gentle way. Some people notice changes during the session. Others notice changes later, over the next day or two.
For deeper patterns, one session can be a beginning, but a small series of sessions may support longer-lasting change. This is a good choice when you want depth without force.
If you want a longer sound therapy session, Harmonia may be a good fit. It brings together Face Harmony Rejuvenation and Chakra Balancing in one longer session to support the face, head, body, and energy system in one visit.
This may be a good choice if you already know you enjoy longer sessions, want both face and body support, and feel comfortable resting on the table for more time.
If you want deeper support with essential oils, Raindrop Technique may be a good fit. This Technique uses light touch and essential oils along the spine and feet. It supports relaxation, release, and overall balance.
People often choose this session when the body feels heavy, tired, run-down, or like it has been carrying too much for too long. For some people, Raindrop Technique feels deeply comforting right away. For others, the body may need time to adjust.
Because this session can bring a stronger response for some people, it is not always the easiest place to begin. Some people may feel better after one session, while others may need a few sessions for the body to settle more fully.
This can be a very supportive session when it feels like the right fit for your body.
If you are moving through changes in womanhood, Feminessence may be a good fit. Women move through many different stages of life. Monthly cycles, hormonal shifts, stress, motherhood, perimenopause, menopause, and life changes can all affect how the body feels. Feminessence is a quiet, supportive session created for women. It uses sound therapy and essential oils in a soft, calming way.
This session may be a good choice if you feel emotionally up and down, out of balance, tired, sensitive, or in need of gentle care. It is a space to slow down, settle, and reconnect with yourself.
